We first got an appraisal, and the office staff had already tentatively scheduled a work date, which worked out well. I was at work during the process, but the crew of 2 electricians were able to let themselves in and perform the work. I came later to check it out and they did a terrific job. Frankly, if I didn't know I hired them, I would have never known they were there. Perfect work, everything cleaned up, and now we can see in the attic. When he came to my house and ran some tests and opened the old electrical mount I was able to see the cause of the flickering lights.
