As with old houses, there was no air duct where they went to blow insulation in the walls so they accidentally blew insulation in our bedroom thru the vent. They cleaned it up all nice and neat, but when we found out months later after turning the heat back on, the vent wasn't blowing heat, they came right out and took care of the blockage for us. Would definitely recommend them!"
