They came out super fast to clear a clogged basement floor drain that was driving me crazy! They were upfront and fair about the pricing. They didn’t try to cheat me or anything. I will definitely keep them in my list of go to’s for household issues. Drain is clean and everything is flowing freely. I hope it stays that way!!

Called and came a little early the day he was scheduled. It had been a little over a month since he was here for the quote. Wanted to look at the job again. He was redoing our gas line outdoor to the grill from the house, but we needed deck work done first. He replaced the line, and even though it was more difficult than he had thought, charged exactally what he quoted. Very reasonably priced compared to several other compaines that were charging rediculous amounts of money. Very professional and would recommend and use again.

Our house had a leaking cold water pipe from the second floor bathroom down to the basement. Most plumbers wanted to tear out our foyer ceiling to replace the cold water pipes to the bathroom. Dan and Brian were able to problem solve and replace the pipes with making only 3 small holes in 3 walls. Water pressure in bathroom is excellent. Thank you. Polite, professional and knowledgeable.

Dan and Brian are both gentlemen and fine technicians. They worked on two emergency situations, and for both they made careful analysis of what needed to be done and what the cost would be. They are precise, careful, clear, and reliable. They solved oth problems with accurate.neat. and careful. They are knowledgeable and efficient in addition to being polite and well-spoken. My main sewer line was clogged and backing up into my basement, yuck! I found Gilman Plumbing on Home Advisor and the reviews were excellent. I clicked on the button for them to contact me and 20 seconds later Brian the owner called. He was here the next morning and got my sewer line snaked out and working well within an hour. The price was reasonable and the service was outstanding. What more can you ask for in a plumber? He is officially my new plumbing guy!

Brian called within minutes of my request for an estimate. He was able to come to my home in under two hours, and he fixed my problem the same day.

Brian was punctual: he showed up when he said he would come, this can be a rarity for some contractors , professional: when I had questions he clearly explained and didn't look down on me asking questions, gave me options that would save me money. I needed to have a sump pump installed and suspected a broken drain pipe that was bubbling water up in the middle of my yard rather than dumping into the storm drain. Brian said that he could do the sump pump but highly recommended that Gatti Plumbing do the excavation. I had a high amount of respect for him to recommend another company. BTW Gatti Plumbing did an excellent job on the excavation part of the project. I will definitely be asking him to return for future repairs.
