Todd Jones Custom Construction removed all exterior materials from our 100-year-old house and garage in the Village of Fairport - several layers of roofing, two layers of siding, trim, gutters, etc., they rebuilt our porch, and installed james hardie siding and trim, a new roof, composite porch decking, and new gutters.  They also blew insulation into our wall cavities and constructed a mudroom addition on the back of our house.  The workers were very meticulous and easy to work with.  They had a lot of good suggestions about how to update, modernize, and weatherproof our older home while keeping with the character of the house.  They were at our house for about two months and all work was performed as expected, or better than expected.  I would call TJCC for any future projects.

I can't say enough about how happy I am with Todd Jones and his crew. The project began as an in-law quarter for my elderly father. While under construction, my father passed away. Todd helped me make the modifications needed to make the construction a new space for my family to enjoy. The carpentry work is top-notch. The crew was polite, meticulous, and prompt. Todd followed up every step of the way. The price was reasonable and very fair. No matter what my concern, Todd addressed it right away.

They were very prompt in responding to my request for a quote, came when they said they would be here. They were very professional, efficient, neat, and polite. The plumbing problem was identified and repaired, the damaged drywall replaced, and we have not had any problems since then. In fact, we are asking them to do a bathroom remodel for us next year

Todd and his team were awesome. They were always professional and clean. They treated my family and I, as well as each other, with respect. The addition looks beautiful, and Todd was able to to change the plan when something didn't look just right. The construction was quick, as they guys worked every day (weather permitting, and we had just about every weather obstacle you could have in January). It was stressful to tear a roof off, but the plan went off without a hitch, with virtually no damage to the inside structure. He made sure that everything we discussed was exactly as it needed to be. I highly recommend his business and his team!

We were extremely happy with how well the project and construction process went from the beginning planning phases until completion. The group of guys that worked on the house we’re extremely knowledgeable and talented which clearly shows in the high quality of the work they performed. Wonderful. We built a plan of action that can be done in stages to upgrade the house in a few years at a n affordable price. We will call our house a Todd Jones house. They know what work we want done and are prepared to do it when we can afford it. Plus, when we sell the house, if there is a problem, call Todd Jones. It's their house!

After surprise water damage 12 hours before we closed the sale on our empty house we needed to have the house repaired as soon as possible for the sale to continue. We had used Todd Jones in the past for a powder room remodel and they were the first people we called this time. Todd came right out and has an estimate to us within a day of the damage, in fact the dry company was still ripping out and drying. They were very easy to work with and kept us abreast of all that was going on in the house, as well as doing an amazing job! The damage was severe but within a few days everything was put back as it was and it looks better now than it did before! The sale was able to continue 1 month after the damage occurred and we were thrilled with all the work. Being out of state and not able to swing back up to personally be hands on was initially difficult but Todd and his great team were on our side making the best choices and working with us at every turn. Our best interests were at the forefront of their work and it really put us at ease in stuck a stressful situation. We have recommended them in the past tonfriends and family but want to recommend them to everyone with work to be done in the Rochester area.

Everything went fine until the dumpster was hauled away. There were many nails left in the driveway that I had to pick up
