"I called Hampton air heating and air conditioning when my central air conditioner refused to work.. The first service call was with a gentleman who introduced myself as Junior and he told me that he and a gentleman by the name of Frank were the owners. After troubleshooting the system he advised me that I had a faulty blower motor. When I asked him how much it would cost he stated that it would be $966.00 for parts and labor and that they would order the part and it would take about 2 days. When they came back with the new motor his partner Frank showed up and did the installation when he gave me the bill he charged $1313.00 when I told him what his partner had told me he said I must of been mistaken. Funny thing is my wife was standing next to me when Junior gave the original quote and she heard the same thing. I believe they over charged me approximately $317.00 Updated: 8/7/2019 this is a follow up to the review I posted on July 16th Review Text: We were able to agree on a price and Hampton Air refunded me the difference. The work they performed was very good and they were always professional. My only complaint was the break down in communication."
