"The technician and owner showed up on time and got right to work. They cleaned all the vents in the ceilings and walls. Howard and the technician were very friendly and helpful. After they finished the a/c vents, the technician cleaned my dryer vent. My dryer is working much more efficiently now. I just had to run around with the vacuum to clean up the a small amount of dust that had fallen from the vents."

They gave me a reasonable price and finished all the work in reasonable time as agreed to. Everyone was prompt and professional. "Worked with Joe from Sales to determine what type of A/C I needed, he was very helpful throughout the entire process and was patient with all the questions I had. Installation went smoothly, I was already doing house renovations so half my walls were already open so everyone knew what they were getting into. I like the fact there was a customer service rep who contacted me afterwards and said she would be my point of contact for any issues. I already asked her some clarification questions and she is responsive."

"Jason called me almost as soon as I clicked submit on the Home ADvisor form. I explained the issue and he said he could have a tech out to me around 2 pm (the initial call took place at 11 am the same day). That was perfect for me. About 30 min later Jason called back advising that he had a tech that was just finishing up at another site and that he could have him come right to me from there. I was pleasantly surprised by this! The tech was here for no more then 10 min when he figured out the issue and took just under a half hour to fix it. All in all was a great experience. Will definitely call Jason for any future HVAC or plumbing work that I need performed."
