"Joe was very respectful, personable and patient and explained what he would do and why to ensure our central air would finally work. It took ALL DAY but he installed an exhaust fan in the ceiling with attic ducts to draw out hot air, performed a chemical wash of the condenser, installed a wifi thermostat that required a new transformer and taught me how to use it.
