They worked together like a well tuned machine. Everyone knew what they had to do and when to do it. There were no mistakes. They were here by 8:00 am and were finished by 4:30. They answered all my questioned and responded to my phone calls. They were polite and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves and left nothing damaged. More companies should operate like them. He did a poor job, including an improperly installed toilet that was leaking under the floor. He agreed by text message to a $300 refund in Nov. ’24, but still hasn’t paid as of the end of July ’25, even after losing in Small Claims Court. He uses multiple addresses in various LI towns and won’t tell you his actual current address. The one listed on Angi is a street that does not even exist. Now he won’t respond to texts or phone calls."
