"Frank Green provided me an estimate for the installation of a mini-split single unit at my parentâ s home in Farmingdale. His two employees did a professional job. My parents are seniors who live with a full-time aide. They were respectful and accommodating. A day or two after the unit was installed, I reached out to Frank with questions on how to operate the unit and possibly moving it several feet. That same day, he had his employee return to my parentâ s home to discuss the matter further and to drop off another manual considered to be more user friendly which solved our issue. We had a little confusion about the rebate for the original furnace they were going to install but we came to an agreement and I received half of the rebate due to me not being qualified for the full rebate.
