He checked for minor cracks on the walls and repaired them before painting. They were very neat and clean and courteous too. We are in our 70s and we’re unable to move several large mirrors from the wall walls, but he took them down before painting and rehung them. They even clean them before putting them back up. Everything came out great and there was no mess. I highly recommend this Painter. He was courteous, friendly, and most important extremely neat. Cleaned up every night before he left. "After my family and I decided to move back to the old Queens house I grew up in to live above my mom, we quickly realized there were many things that needed to be repaired. I've counted on Nunez Construction and Painting for all of it. The first job they did was to repair some siding on the house. Prior to our move, we then wanted to gut and remodel the second floor apartment where we live. Mr. Nunez and his crew did a great job. More recently, our basement became flooded with sewage. We called him again to help with this project and install a new floor. We are always very satisfied customers. The work is great and reasonably priced.
