He checked for minor cracks on the walls and repaired them before painting. They were very neat and clean and courteous too. We are in our 70s and we’re unable to move several large mirrors from the wall walls, but he took them down before painting and rehung them. They even clean them before putting them back up. Everything came out great and there was no mess. I highly recommend this Painter. He was courteous, friendly, and most important extremely neat. Cleaned up every night before he left. My husband and I are extremely happy with his work."

"This is a review for the 4th and 5th job done for us by Nunez Construction and as usual... OUTSTANDING. Their team is professional, polite and hardworking to make sure the job is done to exceed our standards. Last year we had our 10'x20' flat garage roof removed and converted to a gabled room. The flat roof became a maintenance nightmare and we had it converted. They also replaced the gutter system on the garage and painted the garage door. This year, the Nunez crew completely removed our concrete driveway, re-sloped and replaced the concrete. In addition they removed a rusty, broken fence and replaced it. Great job as usual. They were willing to do a style of stairs off our deck that they had never done before and were very helpful with the planning process of it all.
