It was very messy getting the old roof off but the crew was really good about cleaning up. At the end of the first day the yard was a clean as it was before the work started. The entire job took only two days and the crew was able to start work the same week I signed the contract. Because less plywood was used than was quoted, the final price was even a few bucks less than the contracted price I agreed to. So overall I am very happy. Heartland had to open up the outside siding, repair the exterior wall, reseal the siding, reseat the windows, insulate the walls, besides the original plan to paint the 2 rooms. He also had to reinforce the outer wall, repair the underflooring and install a new floor."
