Mack is very knowledgeable and he got his level out and showed me that the left side of my porch was two inches lower than the right side. I knew my left column was rotting but I was not sure about the wooden supports I could not see beneath the decking boards. Mack assessed the situation and advised pouring concrete footers and replacing only the columns and supports that needed to be replaced on the porch. "Received detailed estimate from Brendan Dwyer, Project Manager, highlighting all work to be performed. Room by room measurements and notes made on estimate kept it organized (and user friendly). Precision Painting Plus even had a Consultant (Cindy) available to walk through our house and give professional feedback on color blending and/or selection. With work starting in early December, we had Jonathan Kramme as our on-site Manager. He was available at all times to discuss project and supervise painting staff. Company handled the scheduling very well considering that the floors had to be sanded, stained and poly-coated. We are very satisfied with the professional work done by the whole team.
