"They told me the job would be done in one day. When I met them at the venue the next day in the morning to inspect the place and make payment, the job had not been completed. The owner was very professional about it and apologetic, and said they would take care of it that same day.  By the end of the day, they had completed everything and done a very nice job. Mack is very knowledgeable and he got his level out and showed me that the left side of my porch was two inches lower than the right side.
