"This is a review for the 4th and 5th job done for us by Nunez Construction and as usual... OUTSTANDING. Their team is professional, polite and hardworking to make sure the job is done to exceed our standards. Last year we had our 10'x20' flat garage roof removed and converted to a gabled room. The flat roof became a maintenance nightmare and we had it converted. They also replaced the gutter system on the garage and painted the garage door. This year, the Nunez crew completely removed our concrete driveway, re-sloped and replaced the concrete. In addition they removed a rusty, broken fence and replaced it. Great job as usual. Getting on their calendar for our 2020 jobs!"

"Moises and Edward and the crew did a repair of my facia. They told me to get PVC so it would last longer. They also repaired cracked walls and ceiling and painted. They did perfect work. Did so good I kept finding more work for them because it looked so good. They are so polite and respectful and right on time. Also they are very fair with their prices and don't push for or more work. I now consider them friends. Don't waste you're time because you won't beat their prices. They can do anything too. Bathroom, kitchen, floors. I will hire them again they are the best."

There were a few minor scheduling mishaps throughout the process, but overall they did a wonderful job. They were willing to do a style of stairs off our deck that they had never done before and were very helpful with the planning process of it all. I was impressed that they did everything in their power to ensure our happiness with the results as well as making sure everything would be up to code, safe and sturdy.
