We had cracking Sheetrock in the garage, and the garage floor needed to be re-cemented, as well as the outside of the garage. They all did a FANTASTIC JOB. Humberto, Marcos, and Jorge, are an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE, and their PROFESSIONALISM is off the charts. I would definitely use them again."

I have hired them to do install a bluestone walkway as a result of the work they have already done. They were a bit more expensive ($100) than my other estimates, but they were also more responsive and reliable. By the time the other guys sent me estimates-George had the job done and all cleaned up. Also- cleaning up the area and removing about a ton of debris was included in the price. "When Dave and the guys started to remove the back porch windows to get at the post, they saw the porch was not built right and had no header. The whole porch was taken apart, the rotted post was replaced and all structural issues were addressed. When it was rebuilt, it was finished in the original 1940's style of the house with new wainscoting on the outside, my storage bench was built back into the inside. And a new two tone tile floor was laid. All the interior trim matches what had previously been installed."

"Our experience with Xterior Solutions went very well. We inquired about getting a roof replacement and they quickly contacted us and scheduled an initial visit. The rep provided an overview of what would be done, explained the materials that would be used and provided an estimate of what the work would cost. We then took a few weeks to explore the different roofing colors to determine which one we'd like best on our house. We visited their small showroom to view samples, borrowed samples to take back to our house and even drove by a few homes that had prior work by Xterior Solutions to see the shingles. After deciding to move forward with the project, the provided a tentative start date and later contacted us a few days before the start date to confirm and provide some information on what to expect while the work was in progress. The crew showed up as expected on the start date and was able to strip and replace our entire roof in one day. The were able to protect a flower garden near the house by draping tarps over the plantings. After the roof was installed, the yard was clean up very well and the roof looks great!
