"Initially, Angelo Ruggiero  provided a thorough estimate for the replacement of my kitchen tile floor. He was very busy and his schedule didn't work with mine so I had to chose another company. I was so impressed with Angelo's knowledge and professionalism, that I contacted him when I needed a carpenter to install new kitchen floor molding. Rather than incur a greater cost for new kitchen floor molding, Angelo recommended that the existing molding be sanded, re-stained, and reattached. He also reattached a  saddle to the floor. Since he has carpentry skills, I also asked him to build a longer laundry room shelf and paint it too. I would certainly recommend Radical Rennovations since Angelo was very professional, hardworking and honest when providing estimates and performing the work.

"I originally had a small job to do on the outside of my house. I called a few contractors for an estimate. Dave came up and was extremely personable and professional and explained what work was going to be needed to be done. Gave me a very good competitive price. What I liked about him he was realistic with me. Explaining when he could get it done and how long it would take. Sent me his estimate and I agreed to his price and hired him. Before he even had the chance to do the job I had a major septic problem that backed up inside the house. The first floor bathroom and half of the first floors wood floors were ruined. Plus the cleaning company had to cut off the bottom of the sheetrock in those rooms that were flooded. Plus the carpeting in the basement. A real mess. I called Dave and he came up and went through the entire house and said no problem. What was the best was he ended up dealing with my insurance company who originally was going to cover about 25% of the cost. Dave painstakingly went back and forth with them on each and every item that had to be done. He got them to finally cover all but my deductible. Amazing! What was even better was that Dave and his team came in and did the work with no problems. They matched the paint that was on the walls. They matched the flooring. He replaced the bathroom vanity with one that was basically identical to the old one. All this without any questions to me.Of course they also did the work on the outside that they originally were hired to do. Even here they matched the paint color perfectly. There was one little delay on something that Dave made sure was rectified immediately. All of the work was done meticulously, neat, clean and detail oriented. A truly professional job from start to finish. I also liked that when I had a question Dave was easy to reach. A text or call to him and he either picked up or got back to me quickly. I couldn't be happier with the quality and the high standards of their work."

"Our experience with Xterior Solutions went very well. We inquired about getting a roof replacement and they quickly contacted us and scheduled an initial visit. The rep provided an overview of what would be done, explained the materials that would be used and provided an estimate of what the work would cost. We then took a few weeks to explore the different roofing colors to determine which one we'd like best on our house. We visited their small showroom to view samples, borrowed samples to take back to our house and even drove by a few homes that had prior work by Xterior Solutions to see the shingles. After deciding to move forward with the project, the provided a tentative start date and later contacted us a few days before the start date to confirm and provide some information on what to expect while the work was in progress. The crew showed up as expected on the start date and was able to strip and replace our entire roof in one day. The were able to protect a flower garden near the house by draping tarps over the plantings. After the roof was installed, the yard was clean up very well and the roof looks great!
