"I used the services of Westside Building and Restoration, Inc. a month ago for gutters and rebuilding my front porch. I was so happy with their work, a month later I had them install hardwood floors. Candi met me at the wholesalers on a Saturday to view floor samples, discuss price points, etc. I appreciate that the foreman, Bucky, came to my home very early in the morning before I left for work so we could discuss any questions or concerns I had. It is very much appreciated that Bucky is a good listener and is also very good at explaining the process. "Initially, Angelo Ruggiero  provided a thorough estimate for the replacement of my kitchen tile floor. He was very busy and his schedule didn't work with mine so I had to chose another company. I was so impressed with Angelo's knowledge and professionalism, that I contacted him when I needed a carpenter to install new kitchen floor molding. Rather than incur a greater cost for new kitchen floor molding, Angelo recommended that the existing molding be sanded, re-stained, and reattached. He also reattached a  saddle to the floor. Since he has carpentry skills, I also asked him to build a longer laundry room shelf and paint it too. I would certainly recommend Radical Rennovations since Angelo was very professional, hardworking and honest when providing estimates and performing the work.

"When Dave and the guys started to remove the back porch windows to get at the post, they saw the porch was not built right and had no header. The whole porch was taken apart, the rotted post was replaced and all structural issues were addressed. When it was rebuilt, it was finished in the original 1940's style of the house with new wainscoting on the outside, my storage bench was built back into the inside. And a new two tone tile floor was laid. All the interior trim matches what had previously been installed."

"Anton was easy to work with. Sent email on a Sunday. He called in five minutes and came that afternoon to look at the job. Replaced baseboard in four bedrooms and repaired a hole in the ceiling. All work was completed in two days starting that Monday. The carpenter that did the baseboards (I think his name is John) was great, neat and did a wonderful job. I will definately call Anton again. "We knew as soon as we met Stefan and Vilson that we wanted to hire them for our kitchen remodel. They understood our vision and were able to do a rough design and timeline on the spot which included opening up walls, moving/removing sliding doors and windows, removing a soffit, and cabinets/floors. They were extremely responsive with follow-ups, advising us in the permit process, recommendations for plumbing and electrical tradesmen, and material selection/design. They kept a VERY clean workspace, and took time each day to sweep, vacuum, wipe down, etc... They stayed on their estimated timeline and budget, even with a surprise beam needing to be installed and us taking some extra time to select countertops. Their attention to detail and pride in their work is evident in the end product, and we could not be happier with our new kitchen/living space. On a personal note we could not have asked for more polite, thoughtful, funny, positive people to have in our home for the 5 weeks of the project. We grew to know and love these guys, and looked forward to the warmth and energy they would being each day. I will definitely be reaching back out to them for future projects, and cannot recommend V&S enough. Call them! =)"
