Scott came by within just a couple days of our request for a quote and talked us through everything, showed us tons of wood samples, gave us very professional advice and a quote for all the work we discussed. 1.5 weeks later the wood was dropped off, and the following week the floors were installed (took only 2.5 days for the install of 3 bedrooms and connecting hallway). We made four modification to the original project changing design and scope of work, - a very competitive price, - solid references, - have insurance and be licensed. The job started on the agreed date, and run as scheduled. Derek's team follows his professionalism, and they demonstrated a high level of expertise. Demolition (walls, closet, cabinets, etc), cleaning, framing, sheet-rock & taping, tile and back-splash work, plumbing and gas work, cabinets installation, electrical work, appliance installation, and painting were top.
