We had cracking Sheetrock in the garage, and the garage floor needed to be re-cemented, as well as the outside of the garage. They all did a FANTASTIC JOB. "Mario and his team completed a big project at our farmhouse. They painted the outside, took down wall paper & painted the interior, rounded several walls, removed old floors + sanded and stained the wood floor, completely renovated two full bathrooms and added a half bathroom, Installed entry tiles, added a closet to the master. They did a great job and it wasnâ  t an easy project! I am a designer so very particular with close attention to detail. This house is over 100 years old so pretty much nothing is level. Alex (tiler) did a fantastic job with floor the ceiling tiles in two of the three bathrooms. "We hired Westside Building and Restoration to do several projects for us. We had the railing on our pool deck replaced, gutters on entire house and garage installed, new patio door installed and new screen doors on screened porch as well as new screening installed. Bucky and Chris were outstanding. The wood around our patio door had rotten badly. They were able to correct all the damage. The quality of their work is excellent. Plus they are knowledgeable and friendly. Jose and his co-worker installed the gutters. They, too, were wonderful. Jose's attention to detail is outstanding. He made sure the gutters were angled properly to drain correctly as well as created a downspout to accommodate my rain barrel. We are so pleased with all the work done and will hire them again for any future projects we may have."

"Initially, Angelo Ruggiero  provided a thorough estimate for the replacement of my kitchen tile floor. He was very busy and his schedule didn't work with mine so I had to chose another company. I was so impressed with Angelo's knowledge and professionalism, that I contacted him when I needed a carpenter to install new kitchen floor molding. Rather than incur a greater cost for new kitchen floor molding, Angelo recommended that the existing molding be sanded, re-stained, and reattached. He also reattached a  saddle to the floor. Since he has carpentry skills, I also asked him to build a longer laundry room shelf and paint it too. I would certainly recommend Radical Rennovations since Angelo was very professional, hardworking and honest when providing estimates and performing the work.

"When Dave and his crew looked at my windows, they saw that they were installed incorrectly. Whatever construction company the previous homeowners had hired to install the new insert replacement windows did not cut nor install the aluminum trim on the windows properly. Thus allowing water to get in and rot away some of the sills. And when the old aluminum was removed it also revealed large gaps in the window casings and broken off shims. Dave had to totally replace four windows. The order for those only took a week and were installed in about two days. The rest of my windows had the wood casings fixed of gaps, insulated and all windows got a new aluminum wrapping. And everything was caulked air and water tight. There is a huge difference in draft now that my windows were fixed properly."

"Anton was easy to work with. Sent email on a Sunday. He called in five minutes and came that afternoon to look at the job. Replaced baseboard in four bedrooms and repaired a hole in the ceiling. All work was completed in two days starting that Monday. The carpenter that did the baseboards (I think his name is John) was great, neat and did a wonderful job. I will definately call Anton again.
