"I used D. Rhode Heating, Plumbing and AC for two projects. First was an installation of a new air conditioning and heat pump unit. From beginning to end everyone we dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Dan was very helpful thoroughly explaining our options and giving us a fair estimate. The office staff were always friendly and helpful when we called them. Jeff, Dwayne and crew did a great job in the removal and installation of the new unit. They were very respectful and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed. The second project was the installation of a new well tank. "Initially, Angelo Ruggiero  provided a thorough estimate for the replacement of my kitchen tile floor. He was very busy and his schedule didn't work with mine so I had to chose another company. I was so impressed with Angelo's knowledge and professionalism, that I contacted him when I needed a carpenter to install new kitchen floor molding. Rather than incur a greater cost for new kitchen floor molding, Angelo recommended that the existing molding be sanded, re-stained, and reattached. He also reattached a  saddle to the floor. Since he has carpentry skills, I also asked him to build a longer laundry room shelf and paint it too. I would certainly recommend Radical Rennovations since Angelo was very professional, hardworking and honest when providing estimates and performing the work.

"Overall about the best contractor experience we've had from start to finish. The job took about 2.5 weeks. It began with the company's owner talking with us regarding contract and timing. The contract itself was a clear indication of throughness and detail. Every workday began with a chat of what was to be done and ended the day with a thorough clean up. On average there were three employees, all incredibly professional, very accommodating, great senses of humor and personable. For example, when they painted the entire interior, we asked if they could leave one bedroom and bathroom for last while they painted the rest of the house. On a few occasions, we asked for a paint color change. The contract didn't call for swapping out a few light fixtures but they did so without hesitation. Every request was fulfilled. They work was amazing. The house had some damaged Sheetrock and popping nail heads. Most of it had not been painted since the original paint job almost 30 years ago. The 20' ceilings presented real challenges but all was done so that the finished job makes the house look brand new. The carpentry, electrical work and door installation all are perfect. Most importantly, the professional workers clearly enjoy their work, enjoy working together and made this job for us, more like a social event with friends coming to visit daily. The owner of the company Dave Nessel is a serious (but with a sense of humor) knowledgeable businessman and a pleasure to work with. I would hire Unique again without hesitation for another job. They do quality, professional and spotlessly clean work."

"Anton did a very nice job cleaning and staining our log home. It had been neglected by the previous owner and needed a lot of work. He also replaced rotted siding on our barn, fixed some significant structural defects and stained it. A nice job and finished in a timely fashion. Anton was here supervising the job all the time.
