I was very pleased with AFM Inspections & Engineering, particularly Mr. Anthony Marmo's service.  I was concerned about the foundation and basement walls of my home, and after conducting an inquiry for structural engineers, within minutes I received a call on a Sunday afternoon from Mr. Marmo.  Due to my busy schedule, he responded promptly within the hour and conducted an inspection of the foundation and basement of my home.  During the inspection, Mr. Marmo explained the problems that I was having with my basement walls, how it occurred, and provided me with the knowledge of how the repairs should be done by a contractor.  Within a few days Mr. Marmo provided me with a detailed written report, which included photo's and a narrative of his findings.  He also provided recommendations of how the repairs should be correctly performed.

"Our experience with Preservation Design Group was first rate all the way. From start to finish, the architect was responsive, attentive, creative and professional. We were impressed by Dan Koplowitz's attention to detail and willingness to listen to what we wanted to achieve with the project, which added over 1500 square feet, relocated bathrooms and renovated and enlarged the kitchen. Dan worked diligently to meld the exisiting house with the new and provided plans that our town approved without requiring modifications and the building dept. is quite strict.
