The technician arrived at 3:38 pm for an appointment scheduled to be from 2-4 pm. The tech was wearing a mask, and when asked if they were vaccinated was honest stating they were not. So, when we called to reschedule we insisted on having a tech that was fully vaccinated. The rep who answered the call told me that they were not allowed to ask their employees if they are vaccinated. Cleary they do not understand the law. Every business may require unvaccinated employees to wear a mask, and can therefore ask their employees if they are vaccinated. I gave them two more opportunities to assure us a vaccinated tech would be dispatched, and they rep told me I should find a new provider.

As you can see from the picture, something as simple as making sure the saddle matches the color of the floor they themselves installed was not even something they could deliver on. Our original saddle they threw away, then they took over 2 months to bring over a new one and install it. It is the wrong color and the wood is not even finished, it feels rough to the touch. For a project that they charged close to $4k for a small bedroom, to think this is acceptable is extremely wrong. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. They have absolutely no attention to detail.
