How we began As veterans of the industry for more than 10 years, we formed the company in Brooklyn in June 2016 with just one van and one technician. "This is my 5th using Mazgan HVAC services. A technician came out to diagnose my leak issue, in the end, no fixes came about. It’s $229/hour just to diagnose and they charged me $95 to insulate my unit that did not alleviate the issue at all. I spent over $600 just to diagnose, then they wanted me to pay an additional $840 for an HVAC pump and labor. Note that the $600 does NOT go towards actually fixing the issue. No explanation on why the pump itself is so expensive. Why not charge just for the pump and labor separately? I ended up with another company and they fixed all 3 of my pumps for $500. I called and emailed to ask for a refund, and have not received any responses. I will never use this company again."
