"We had 2-3 years of constant road work as a result of storm Sandy (gas line and water line replacement) and there was a crack that expanded over time in the living area on the second floor. We needed to know if it was structural or cosmetic. Anthony arrived on time and began to examine the crack as well as take measurements to determine any significant changes. He was familiar with the land issues in this area, which I appreciated. He explained as he went along and also went to every room in the home and outside for any other evidence of cracks. He was extremely thorough in his inspection and advised how to correct the issue. In addition he also gave tips regarding procedures for any renovations on the property which was extremely helpful. There was a fee for the inspection and an additional fee for a written report. I would definitely hire again if I have any issues."

Israel and his team worked 8 to 5 pm every day including Saturday. Sometimes they even worked later. Israel does top notch work and great to work with. "I have lived on Tweed for 27 years === I bought my home in 1995 knowing I would take it down and build a dream home one day. For about 12 years I dreamed about how to capture the special land --- looking at many styles I kept going back to Jo Machinist homes and knew she was the architect for me. Jo has amazing taste and knew exactly what to do she worked with me on how to capture the sun rise and set (and the shadows) , how to frame an iconic tree and bring the Hudson River and the bridge into each room. Some of my favorite parts are the 140 foot retaining wall to secure the land, the levels to have the vanishing edge pool looking at the river while keeping the sun on the pool most of the day with an amazing cabana next to the pool. Jo always told me she would make my home my dream and together we did. I feel like I live in a SPA everyone who visits wants to move in.
