My floors came out beautiful and seamless. He cleans AS he works, which I loved. I then added other jobs like installing a door and removing borders in a back bedroom. He can do it ALL! "After he left the project. The mini split air conditioner that he selected and installed did not work. Upon further research, it was actually low-rated for energy efficiency. I picked a better minister, and he complained about fixing it and threatened to have me repair it, and it took four months to get it replaced. I had to use a space heater for the four months that I waited for the repair. Even though that new mini split was already delivered. We had many arguments, and he used foul language. It was unpleasant working with him and unprofessional to work with."

"I am writing this review to share my experience with Bryan owner of A1 Stone Care. I have granite countertops and a tile backsplash. I was stuck in a very upsetting situation as my old range died and all the replacements available today require a 30 inch wide opening (mine was 29 inches) and more depth than I had. A granite spacer needed to be removed. I was a stressed out wreck over it all. I reached out to various companies and Bryan was the only one who wanted to come to the house and see the issue vs give me a virtual estimate based on pictures and explanations. I understand that this is a small job for many companies, but that set him apart and was a MAJOR reason as to why I chose him. Very friendly and very neat. His price was VERY fair. He also reassured me that should my stove arrive and not fit for any reason, he would return to make it right. He wanted me to know he stands behind his work. Love that! Needless to say, I enthusiastically recommend him. Tried to add images, but they fail to show."
