Olvin and his team are excellent! Olvin is incredibly responsive and professional in all areas, from the initial reach out via Angie's list, to communicating about the project, and during all phases of the work. I hired them to demo a bathroom shower that had a leak, to tile the new shower once the plumbing was complete. Of course, there were additional issues which Olvin explained as they occurred. The team was very careful to protect my floors and my stairs as they performed the project. His pricing is very reasonable compared to some other quotes that I had received, and even with the additional work that needed to be done due to the extent of the leak, still came in significantly below the original quote from other companies. I cannot recommend Olvin and his team highly enough, and definitely plan to use them again for future needs.

Olvin contacted me very soon after I posted my request on Angi. He asked for pictures and quoted me a price. This was a Sunday and by Thursday he was working on the project. He arrived at the specified time and started the work. He covered the floor leading to the powder room with a tarp and started pulling up the old floor. He asked us about how we would like the new tile laid and began to lay the pattern we requested. He keep the work area very clean and was very personable as well as professional. He came back the next morning to grout the tiles. We were so happy with the work performed and would certainly use him again as well as recommend him to anyone who needs tile work done.

The contractor was professional, courteous and skilled. They listened and exceeded expectations. I am extremely pleased with the work they did. Excellent job!

Olvin was great! He is so polite and punctual. He and his team work fast and efficiently. He managed to get the project done within a week while still abiding by my co-op rules. My neighbors even remarked that he was non-disturbing and considerate. My bathroom looks great and I would definately hire him again!
