The material is great, but the follow-up was when it took a left turn. When I scheduled my second appointment, the guys they sent me were not my original guys I worked with. I spoke with customer service and explained to them emotionally crying. in addition I waited for 7 hrs for my guy to arrive only to find out he was not the right guy( what they do not tell you is that you most let customers service know the guy you work with so you can continue working with the same guy) thank god it was only my living room because my bill was close to 5,000 dollars. They end up giving me a little discount for my meltdown. empire is expensive. For that headache, I personally would not do it again.

I used this company before so I am aware of their services. They did a wonderful job as they normally do. The only problem I have with this company is their prices. They are quite pricey. I use them because they give a year to pay off without any interest. Yes, I mean through financing. So if you're like me you don't want any credit cards with the high finance fees. So you must try to pay it off within that year. I needed this work done right away so that is why I had to use them with the financing. But overall their work and variety of carpet and flooring choices are really great.
