The installer was not very good at contacting us before showing up (its tough when you live in far away so we were happily surprised when they made the trip!) , but the foreman kept us updated as much as he could and in the end we are very happy. The installer cleaned up the job site daily - very professional. Everything is custom cut after you order it so expect a perfect fit. Down payment is half, so they can buy the materials, then the other half is due after completion. I really like that strategy."

I previously received Roof Renew Pros’ mailer and held onto it for this occasion as we had gotten moss and lichen growth on our roof. I kept the mailer as it stated their use of organic products, as well as no pressure washing, which was very important to us. After reading reviews, we decided to call RRP. Barbara came and inspected our roof, explained what was growing on it and took photos for us to see what was going on up there. There was more moss on our roof than we had initially thought. Barbara went over the process, what would be done on the day of and next day, gave us the price, so we booked our cleaning. The RRP crew arrived on the day, cleaned our roof in a timely manner and applied a sealer to prevent new growth anytime soon. Our roof is now lichen/moss-free and winter ready. It looks like it did when we first moved in. The crew was thorough and very helpful. "He was hired and came here on 5/14 to inspect a double awning on our new house and to fix a screen door. The owner came and gave us an estimate for the job, we thought he was coming to do the work, but he would send someone the next day. The employee came out on the 15th, looked at the awning and couldn't tighten certain bolts because he couldn't get to the bolts. He said that he didn't have the right tool, but still charged us what the owner quoted. When we called the owner because it wasn't fixed, he said that he needed to send two people. So he knew that he needed to two people to fix it. He said that he would have to send another man out again and charge us full price again. Why didn't he send the correct people the first time when he was already here and looked at it. We questioned his credibility and he became upset with us. We received conflicting feedback from the owner and the worker about what the problem actually was. When we asked about this he the owner said that he didn't have his glasses that day so he couldn't really see the problem. Instead of being apologetic he became defensive. This repair should have been taken care of the first time he came out since he never stated that he was just coming to give a quote. We ended up just ending the conversation with him. So we paid for them to do the repair yesterday it wasn't fixed and they wanted us to pay again for the same job."
