"I called and happened to get Steve right away and since he was in the area he came right over. He examined the blind to determine if it could be fixed without a replacement piece and since it could he did the repairt quickly and efficiently. He was reasonable and very pleasant."

"Everything went well but once I needs to get in touch with window mill after the install, to have them come repair the water leaks I was unable to get someone out as soon as I anticipated, and was unable to get a hold of them in a timely manner. They eventually came back and took care of the leaks and everything worked out. I think they are truly a professional outfit but need to improve on their communications once a job is completed just as they did when they needed the business.

"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. We are very impressed with the quick respond time, professionalism and quality of work including cleanup. We plan on using AJ to replace the remaining Windows as well as a sliding glass door in early 2016.

"After doing extensive research on contractors, my husband and I finally decided on Zajac for our kitchen peninsula project and we were not disappointed! "It was difficult getting Roger into Manhattan.  He wasn't prepared to bring his vehicle and supplies into Manhattan.  My first appointment had to be rescheduled because he wasn't sure about parking.  He had someone wait in the vehicle and he came up and I showed him the  projects I needed to get done.  He was apologetic but after waiting around for him all afternoon it was very inconvenient to have to reschedule.   While he was there he suggested that I mount my TV which I hadn't been planning to do but it was a good idea.  He thought that if I wanted to buy the mount he could do it in addition to my other projects.
After much going back and forth and resending of my address, Roger arrived for our rescheduled appointment.  He came by train so he didn't bring his supplies.  My project list included: installing bathroom door handle, checking why my ceiling fan wasn't working and installing the TV mount.  He was able to get the door handle installed and the TV mount.  Because he didn't have his full tool bag  he didn't have the circuit tester.  So he was unable to get the ceiling fan working.
Before leaving, I showed him my kitchen because in the future I wanted to put down new floor tiles and a backsplash.  He suggested a new countertop and said he would bring by samples but I have never heard from him again.
He did a good job installing the door handle and the TV but I felt he did not come prepared to do the ceiling fan. This was an Angie's deal so the price was good.  I think that was also why he was overbooked and having trouble keeping up with appointments.

"I have used this company on several different projects. I purchased a home that needed many things, not to mention it was filthy. Done Rite had come and performed a DEEP clean and they were meticulous. They also fixed some odds and ends like broken railing on my deck, and stairs so they were safe. I now need to get a new roof and unfortunately they don���t do that, but they did refer me to sign up with Home Advisor because unlike Angies list it���s free, and also they told me that Home Advisor screens every contractor, again unlike Angies list. I highly recommend Done Right."

"I originally  found the company through this site I called a few other companies to get estimates for my gate on my rental property Mr. Donovan came out and gave me a fair and honest estimate and told me what he would do. I booked an appointment with him to have him do the work for me. The day before the job was to be done my door had fell off the hinges and needed more work than initally quoted. I immediatley call up to ask if he could come out to take a look and see what if anyhing would change. When i got to my house the damage was worst than i thought and to make matters worst the bar the was originally there was no longer there Mr Donovan said that he would be able to make a bar and mount it properly back. Which was a huge relief. The next day when i went to my rental property I saw that his guys were out there already and almost halfway thru the work. Once the work was done they cleaned up and we tested the door the made some minor adjustments to ensure the door closed properly. i could be be more happier with the results
