I needed help with awning retraction. an extremely nice young man named Vic Santiago showed up the following day and solved my problem. I highly recommend him and your company as this was the most rewarding experience I have encontered in home service!!!!!!

I've been thinking about putting an awning over my patio for some time. Glad I finally decided to and with Dean. Best decision!

While my salesman, Phil, was honest and could not promise to deliver on the tight deadline I requested, they did, just in time for my daughter-in-law's shower! Dean Awnings use a high quality national manufacturer for the mechanical equipment and fabric from a nationally known high quality fabric manufacturer. The name brand awnings advertised on TV or sold by the discount big box stores while cheaper do not compare in value/quality to Dean's. Customer service was outstanding, from Phil in sales, Danielle in scheduling and the two gentlemen who installed the awning. I could not have been more pleased.

I am still waiting for them to come back to finish my pergola.

A truly great company. They performed smoothly, fast at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Their electrician was unable or unwilling to wire the awning to an inside switch. I had to hire my own electrician who was able to do so. The awning was initially installed incorrectly. They did not use spacers to attach the brackets, thereby crushing the vinyl siding. When I complained they came back and installed it correctly.

Prompt, courteous service and job well done. Very satisfied with Dean Custom Awnings who removed a large patio awning in less than one hour!

Prompt service, excellent follow up. The awning is not completed yet, but so far I am veery pleased with the progress.

They came within the week, took our awning for 2 days for sewing repairs, then fixed the retractable arm. Good job!

The reasons I marked down the customer service were that i had to call to find out when the installation would be and the men were much later than planned. But they were very thorough and knew what they were doing.

Vic called within 15 minutes of my request. Gave me a pice when he came. Called when the product was ready and came and supervised the entire job...........I am satisfied with the product.

I had a issue regarding my awning motor and I was convinced it would put me a few bucks in the hole. When I called up and spoke with Vic, he recognized the problem immediately and helped me solve it for myself. It was incredibly kind to do that and it showed a great deal of integrity. He's knowledgeable and the kind of guy who does the right thing. I highly recommend him.

They looked at the job, gave me a quote and started the work all on the same day! The awning was repaired and re-installed right on time and just as they said it would be! So great!

It was a painless, maybe even plesant, experience. I can't comment on the quality of the awning becuase it's just been installed.
