Gregg is great.  Did a great job.  He started exactly when he said he would and finished it when he said he would be done. Definitely recommend him.

Gregg Schroko, who owns Modern Home Industries is an outstanding contractor. He was willing to go out of his way to do the best job possible at a reasonable cost. As mentioned, he replaced our windows last year and I was so happy with his work that I had him return this year to do the siding. I didn't even bother to get an estimate from anyone else.

We have a new extension to our existing garage (not done by Modern Home...my mistake ) The roof shingles were too short, and the gutter poorly designed. As a result we had problems with water getting into our basement. After several attempts at getting the problem resolved by the original contractor, we called Gregg. He came right away, and fixed the gutter and shingles. No problem!

We have used Gregg in the past for many things. Always prompt, and a delight to have around. We know him well, and I already have more projects lined up.

So, if you are looking for a reliable, responsive , honest contractor, Gregg ( Modern Home ) is the guy to call.

Gregg Schroko was outstanding. He was professional, organized and did fine quality work. He measured the windows, helped in ordering them (from Jilco Inc.) and then installed them in two days. He cleaned up everything afterward. His estimate was spot on. He made a big job as easy as it could be. I would recommend him to anyone.
(The cost of the replacement windows themselves is not reflected in the labor cost of installing them listed in this review).

Modern Home was recommended by the dealer where I purchased the windows. The job was done yesterday and I could not be happier with the experience and the results. Gregg and an assistant removed 7 windows in this 90 year old house. Windows were single pane, at least 60 years old. They worked quickly and efficiently. No problems. And the new windows look fantastic.

major updates/renovations. I met Gregg of Modern Home Industries when I
was first looking for a contractor to replace the roof and siding. Gregg
not only had the best price, but I felt he was honest. As it turned out,
he ended up doing all the renovations that followed. Again, not only
because he had the most reasonable prices, but I had also grown to trust Gregg
and his crew and felt confident leaving them a key to go in the house, work and
lock up when they left.
They did excellent work and were literally a pleasure to deal with!

They did my siding and it came with a lifelong warranty, they were great I recommend them to anyone. The prices are a little high but it is worth it.

He came on time and did a very good job. He always calls you back.
