He was hired and came here on 5/14 to inspect a double awning on our new house and to fix a screen door. The owner came and gave us an estimate for the job, we thought he was coming to do the work, but he would send someone the next day. The employee came out on the 15th, looked at the awning and couldn't tighten certain bolts because he couldn't get to the bolts. He said that he didn't have the right tool, but still charged us what the owner quoted. When we called the owner because it wasn't fixed, he said that he needed to send two people. So he knew that he needed to two people to fix it. He said that he would have to send another man out again and charge us full price again. Why didn't he send the correct people the first time when he was already here and looked at it. We questioned his credibility and he became upset with us. We received conflicting feedback from the owner and the worker about what the problem actually was. When we asked about this he the owner said that he didn't have his glasses that day so he couldn't really see the problem. Instead of being apologetic he became defensive. This repair should have been taken care of the first time he came out since he never stated that he was just coming to give a quote. We ended up just ending the conversation with him. So we paid for them to do the repair yesterday it wasn't fixed and they wanted us to pay again for the same job.

Initially when the doors were replaced, they were shorter than the original doors and there was a gap at the top on one side. Though they initially left the job like that telling us that we had to repair this unevenness, after a phone conversation, the owner himself returned with a worker and they built a custom molding to hide this area of unevenness. Doors now look beautiful and you don't even notice the molding. Would highly recommend Ed Mojica's Garage Doors. Quality product and quality work. They work to achieve customer satisfaction.

Everything went extremely smoothly. Installer did a great job. He worked with me to make sure everything was installed as desired and explained all of the functionality upon completion. I love the new units. They are quiet and the remote access with my mobile device is very convenient and provides peace of mind.

Very well. The purchasing process at the store was easy with many examples available to look at. We selected a special order and it took the full 6 weeks for the doors to arrive. The installer was very professional and did an excellent job. He connected the doors to existing openers and fixed a problem.

He does garage doors. It turned out there was a neighbor who had the same frequency on their garage door opener so when they opened their door ours opened too. They are very good, came on time and the fellow who came out was courteous. He was young, but he knew what he was doing. He was on the phone with his main office all the time. He could not figure something out so he was on the phone with his office while he was talking to me. He got the thing straightened out and it did not take too long.

They are excellent! They are reliable and very nice. They have a quick response when I call. The girl that answers the phone is extremely nice and knowledgeable, and they connect me to the owner immediately. There are no problems. They return my calls. I thought their price was reasonable because also I have shutters in Florida.

My elderly neighbor had a power surge from her utility pole which ultimately shorted the power in her home. After electricians had brought power back to the house we needed to get her garage door up and running.
Ed came right on time and explained things very carefully. He replaced the motor and within an hour he was finished. Only after he left did I realize that we needed to sync up her car opener with the new garage door motor. I called his office, they contacted him and he was kind enough to come back to her house and give her a new opener for her car.

I asked them to come out and replace my garage door springs. When the service man arrived, he told me my door was shot and used the entire time at my home selling me a new door. I told him I'd think about it. He did about 2 minutes worth of adjustments to my door that was coming off the track often. They claimed the 1/8"-1/4" movement in door panels was cause of it coming off the track. He talked me out of the new springs. Meanwhile I found the same door he was proposing at Loews for about 40% less than his price. When I called them about the price disparity they said they can't compete with Loews, and I understand they are an installer for Loews. Meanwhile the door hasn't come off the tracks since that day. So now I can address my old door cosmetically.
