I found this business through a mailed advertisement & called because Miss can eventually damage the roof. I spoke to Barbara who came out soon thereafter to evaluate it. She provided what I feel was a good price, and decided to have it cleaned. I was very surprised at how great it looks. It literally looks brand new! Also, the workers were professional. If you ever need growth removed from your roof, I highly recommend this business.

We couldnt be happier with the work Barbs team did! we just moved into a new house and we were told by the inspector we only had 3-5 years left on our roof. We wanted to get ahead of Mold damage before Insurance forced us to, and of course before any damage. We choose Roof Renew Pros for their prompt and honest communication, and fair pricing regarding using organic cleaning as we are near a Lake and did not want chemicals to damage our yard planting or the lake natural balance. Barbara and crew took great pics and the crew was timely and performed perfectly.

Barb and her team are fantastic! We received a letter from our home owner's insurance company telling us that we needed to have mold and lichen removed from our roof or face costly penalties. They cleaned the house beautifully. One day including boot replacement, washing the siding, and of course the roof looks great.

If your looking for a company to clean your roof and/or siding using organic products, Roof Renew is our recommendation. We decided to have the roof cleaned because the front roof was showing signs of black, because of the shading from trees. We are not planning to sell, just wanted a clean look and to extend the roof’s life. We had the roof cleaned about 10 years ago and could not find the company’s contact information. So it was time for research to find a company that does not use bleach / chlorine. Not many companies use organic products, so it took a while to find alternatives. The alternative to Roof Renew simply emailed an estimate and email follow-up. With Roof Renew, Barb conducted a site survey and provided photos to discuss roofing and siding issues. Power washing the siding is something we were against because of experience a neighbor had with post power washing problems of things not working: light, doorbell, outlet, etc.. After discussing these concerns with Barb, she explained the low pressure they use which has not had any of these problems. After further discussions we decided on a complete house refresh of home and shed roof cleaning, siding cleaning, patio and walkway cleaning, all at a fair price. The day of the job the crew arrived on time, were friendly and attentive (they had to put up with questions / discussion throughout the job). Jose identified roof boots that were starting to deteriorate, so we added new boots. Additionally there were a number of small issues that were either nailed or sealed. The skylight on the porch leaked during the cleaning so they sealed the window and an area on shed roof. All of these items were on the roof and would only been found if there was a leak, so we’re happy to catch them early and prevent roof leakage damage. The crew was very accommodating and went beyond expectations by trimming branches for me that were easily accessible from the top of their trailer. We are very satisfied with Roof Renew and would recommend them to family and friends. If your looking for a company to clean your roof and/or siding using organic products, Roof Renew is our recommendation.

Roof Renew Pros did a fantastic job cleaning my roof and and walkways surrounding my house. Half of my roof gets very little sun so moss and other growth creeps in each year to cover that portion of my house. I have tried other methods with limited success. Barb and her very professional crew took great care in safely, efficiently and carefully cleaning the roof, sealing the roof and leaving the surrounding area in perfect order. I also liked the chemical free approach they take because we have many animals and birds in our yard and are sensitive to their well-being. Finally, Barb communicated timing and all I needed to do to prepare for their arrival. There were no questions as to what they would do, how the would do it and what I needed to do to make things go as smoothly as possible.

My roof is just over 10 years old. Part of it is in the sun, part in the shade under 2 tall trees. The part in the sun was looking dirt from normal dust, pollen, etc. The part in the shade - a disaster. Mounds of bright green moss, huge patches of white lichen, and black streaks of what is called gloeocapsa magma. Not only is it embarrassing to look at, but I began to worry if the mess was actually harming the integrity of the shingles. I received an advertisement in the mail for “Roof Renew Pros” ([*** Link removed ***] It said that they could safely clean the roof with all “green” organic products (no dangerous chemicals, no bleach, no high pressure washing). I was a bit skeptical given the condition of the roof, but decided to see what they could do (I already had tried to clean a section of the roof last year with store bought, spray-on cleaner - that was a complete waste of time and money). All I can say is “wow”. As they were cleaning the roof, you could actually see the “gunk” flowing down into the gutters. Every inch of the roof was cleaned and when done, the roof really did look like new. I never thought it could ever look that good again. Even the neighbors commented on the huge difference and how amazing the roof looked. I should also point out that the crew arrived as scheduled, inspected everything to be cleaned, were extremely friendly and professional, and were happy to explain how the cleaning process worked. I was told the cleaning process is safe for landscape and pets, and the work comes with a two-year warranty! Overall, an excellent job - I would highly recommend “Roof Renew Pros” to anyone who wants to restore the look of your roof.

Barbara and her crew were great. We went with Barbara's company because they were organic, and their products were not toxic to plants or animals. She was prompt in coming to the house and inspecting our roof and giving us a quote. our roof had black streaks coming down it and also some lichen was growing on our shingles. The roof was only 10 years old. As previously stated, Barbara's crew was quick and cleaned up after themselves before they left Highly recommend if need roof cleaning and want to stay organic.

All the moss is gone from our roof. Looks great! There was more moss than I realized. And all the bushes that surround the house are fine since it was an organic cleaner which was most important to us. Jose and Felipe did a nice job and answered all questions. Barbara came very quickly after my call to assess the job in person and provide the quote, took photos, and provided lots of details on the process in advance.

Barb and her team were very helpful, professional and efficient. They cleaned the roof, porch, the deck and stonework around the house. The result was excellent, - we had moss growing all over the place and after the team did the cleaning the roof and all other surfaces look as good as new! Barb also gave us a lot of good advice on the proper care for the roof, porch, deck and everything else to keep the moisture, bacteria and moss away. I wholeheartedly recommend Barb and her team!

Above and beyond expectations

These folks did a fantastic job on my house. They were able to get out all the algae on the house, deck and walk ways and in addition cleaned off all the black mold on my roof. After cleaning they house, deck and walkways, they sprayed a sealer on the roof shingles to extend the life of the roof. It looks great and as a Realtor I will be recommending these folks to my clients.

We had been been combatting lichen and moss on our roof and property for the last 20 years with no real luck. I noticed Roof Renew Pros doing work in our neighborhood and figured I would give them a try. Talking to them on the phone was easy and they understood right away what I needed done. They gave me the quote the next day and away we went. The team showed up on time and set our expectations for the day. We could not be happier, they communicated to us what they were going to do and we especially liked that no harsh chemicals were used. The roof came out great, I was worried it would get ruined but they did not do anything harsh. There was an inspection beforehand to let me know the roof was in good shape, except for the lichen and moss. And, lot's of pictures. They took care of the roof, the shed's roof, the back patio and the front walkway. Even the retaining walls we have, which was great. Everything is so new. And, they cleaned the gutters. I contacted Roof Renew Pros after receiving a flier in the mail. I called and spoke to Barb who did a great job of explaining their unique process which is a wash and rinse method that does not use chlorine or any other harsh chemical products; nor is any high pressure washing done. She came and inspected the house and garage and provided a detailed description of what was found and a quote . I decided to have the roof and siding cleaned on both the house and the garage. The job result was fantastic! One person commented "Your siding looks new!". Barb was extremely helpful during the whole process and the crew was great---no mess or damage to plants at all! We had Roof Renew Pro clean our roof and sidings And they did a great job of cleaning and minor repairing of the roof which Is almost 20 years old. It was important for us to only have organic cleaners for the job because we have a vegetable garden close to home and didn't want any chemicals detergent to be used. the crew were very knowledgeable and helpful. We used Roof Renew Pros to clean our 20 year old roof. Our roof had moss growing on it as well as rust stains from an oil burning furnace. They were able to get all the moss off as well as a good portion of the rust from the oil burning furnace. We were very satisfied with the condition off the roof after it had been cleaned. We are now able to extend the life of our roof considerably. The crew that came to work on our roof was very skilled at what they did. They took their time on the steep roof of our house and did a thorough cleaning and seal coat. I did appreciate the quality of work that the crew exhibited. Can only recommend for anyone wanting to clean their roof. I was also very happy that organic products were used as opposed to bleach, which would have damage the roof. Recently we had our roof, paver patio and walkway cleaned by Roof Renew Pro's LLC. The roof is 12 years old and starting having some moss growing on it. Having never seen this before I wanted to have it removed. I call Barb at Roof Renew and she did a great job of walking me through the process, explaining how they don't use harsh chemicals (just organic products) and no power washing. She was great to talk with, answering all my questions completely and describing what I should expect. One thing that was very important to me was protecting the plantings around our house. After the job was completed the roof looked great, all the moss was gone and our plantings were in perfect shape. The paver patio and walkway are now perfectly clean, looking like they did when installed some 25 years ago. I wasn't able to be home when the work was done but the crew did a great job and there was virtually no clean up for me to do afterward. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROOF RENEW!!
