Eric and crew started on 9/24 and finished the job in 7 days (includes 21/2 days for rain delay). They worked diligently each day and cleaned up the area satisfactorily each day and did a complete clean-up the final day. Dumpster was removed on last day of work and work area was raked and a magnet run around the area to pick-up any stray nails. Eric's workmanship was meticulous and he performed all our agreed to tasks with a care for details. Additionally, while finishing up the house roof, Eric notified me that my vent stack for the kitchen and laundry plumbing was filled with water. He thought it might be clogged and using my drain snake tried to clear the blockage. It turned out the problem was caused by bad plumbing work done when my kitchen was remodeled 5 years prior and the plumber disconnected and capped off the stack in my basement. By bring this to my attention now I was able to get a plumber to fix the problem. He saved me from expensive repairs if the pipe rusted or split due to freeze/thaw cycle. The house and the garage roofs look great. The price included replacing approx. 1/3 square of siding over the front door which was damaged when another contractor installed my siding and hung the awning too low over the door and did not mount it securely to the house (heavy snow caused awning to pull from house and sag, making front storm door difficult to open fully). Eric backed the new siding with plywood at no additional charge to insure the awning company has a solid foundation to re-install the old awning on the house. Overall my wife and I are very pleased with the results. We just had a full day of heavy rain and no more leaks in the garage. We found Eric and his crew to be professional and polite. I would use his services again , particularly if I had to repair any damage done to my siding due to a storm.
