"We recently had 9 windows replaced by Major Homes. The experience was excellent throughout. Major Homes was the recommended contractor in our area by OKNA. OKNA was the brand I had settled on after sifting through dozens of window manufacturers. They offered excellent energy efficiency ratings and a lifetime warranty that could be transferred. My experience started with salesman John. He was very respectful and personable. Since I had already settled on OKNA, he didn’t spend hours trying to oversell the windows. He just reinforced the main features in the model I was interested in (OKNA 500) and let me see the display model. He listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to upsell me. When the time came for negotiation, he gave me a very competitive price and didn’t pressure me to agree to a deal immediately. I really appreciated all this because we previous had Power Home Remodeling come in and the salesman stayed for 4+ hours until nearly 11pm. He also had multiple exploding offers that were for that day only. The price dropped by more than half the original offer and it still came out to over 800 per window. The difference in experience was night and day. I ended up agreeing to a deal with John the same day he came in for the quote. I even ordered an extra window based on John’s no BS approach. Once the deal was agreed, Russ the project manager came out to remeasure the windows. This took maybe 15 minutes tops. Then a few weeks later, once the windows were ready, he emailed me to arrange an installation date. All this was straight forward and seamless. On the day of installation, 3 crew members arrived. Two installed windows while 1 cleaned up. They were extremely efficient and tidy. They installed 9 windows in under 3 hours and left the work area clean. Overall, I cannot recommend Major Homes enough. They were extremely professional and very fair on price. We also couldn’t be happier with the quality of the windows."

"Hi. The person that came to replace my window was very professional first got me the estimate then in 2 days came to replace my window after ordering. Then call me to let me he was coming. Process was fast and efficient and price very economic. I call other places they won’t answer and leave message and after a week they call me when my window was changed already. "A wonderful experience all around! We had 15 windows and a sliding glass door replaced. Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! Everything was installed perfectly and the crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. "Window King is one of the top rated window contractors in my area, so I scheduled an appointment with them, as well as with the other two top rated companies. I met with Window King first, and immediately liked their punctuality and professionalism. Nick, the owner, is very personable. Anyone would appreciate his no pressure sales approach. I know I did. Even after being in the business for so many years, he understands that most of us know nothing about windows and so he takes his time discussing our wants and needs, his products, and by the end of the appointment he provides a thoughtful recommendation and quote. Note, all this is done without overwhelming us with too many facts and numbers. Yes, he mentioned the values and stood behind the quality of his products when compared to the BIG NAME BRAND windows, but he preferred we take the fact sheets provided and do our own comparisons (which I was going to do anyway). I'm a skeptic so I was going to do my own comparisons. After meeting with the other top rated contractors, I decided to go with Window King for the following reasons: 1) OKNA 500 series window's ratings are equal to or better than almost any replacement double hung window out there. 2) Window King's quote was cheaper and included more work than his competition, even when comparing the exact window. 3) OKNA manufacturer Lifetime Warranty. 4) Years in business. 5) Work isn't subcontracted. I was not disappointed with the installation. In fact, I was very happy. The crew was punctual, professional, courteous, and they finished in 2 days which was amazing considering the scope of the project. Their attention to detail was second to none. The windows were installed properly, they cleaned up after themselves, and made sure we understood how to operate the windows before leaving. During the install, Nick even stopped in to make sure we were satisfied. I'm planning on installing a bow window in my den by next year, so I'll be using them again without a doubt. I will not hesitate recommending them to friends and family."

He completed multiple projects in our home—installing an interior door, remodeling a closet, fixing drywall issues, fixing some electrical issues—and they were all done incredibly well.
