We recently bought a new house and discovered that the garage door wouldn't open. We reached out to Eli, who came to assess the situation. He informed us that the garage door opener needed replacement and assured us we could take our time deciding whether to proceed with the repair. Throughout the process, he was a true gentleman, never pushy and respected our space. About a month later, we contacted him to go ahead with the repair. Eli arrived and completed the job in just 2 hours, efficiently resolving multiple issues with the door. We were impressed by his expertise and quick work.
