"If you've read the great reviews about Thermoseal, they're all true. Aaron, Bob, and the installation team are terrific. Aaron, the owner, helped us understand the differences between the various siding, insulation, and window options. Bob and the work team were efficient and did perfect work in exactly the timeframe quoted, even doing an amazingly thorough cleanup. The house looks incredible and the acoustical windows are the best investment we've made yet. Thank you Thermoseal!"

"My windows leaked air and my bedroom blinds needed to be replaced So I bought 2 new ones and also bought 2 kits to seal the windows. I used Angi previously and asked for a quote for a handyman to install and seal, T&S responded and sent a handyman to see what needed to be done. Quote was fair and I agreed. Handyman was able to start immediately and was professional did a great job. I would recommend them highly for any handyman type project."

"Power was amazing. I needed new windows because i had casement that were cloudy. I hated the casement no breeze. Power came did an amazing job, no damage to my siding, clean up was perfect, replaced 13 windows & 1 front door in 8 hours. They are now doing a sliding glass door and a bay window. Loved that i could finance and LIFETIME WARRANTY. Who else does that. The windows i had were anderson, they told me they were too old. The new windows are custom made Pella windows, I already notice a difference in my house being cooler in summer, ac doesnt run as much. Thank you POWER. Totally recommend them."

"All their work was excellent. Not only did they replace our roof and repair water damage in our dining room, we had them do other jobs too. Replacement basement windows, outdoor lighting, and fencing. I would definitely hire them again."

"The new microwave had different door style and could not open well; but modifications were made to the surrounding cabinets (Tony called to clear this with us) and it works well. Tony was meticulous and conscientious. I would most certainly recommend him, and ask him to do future work as well."

Glaziers questions, answered by experts

Heavy glass tends to be more expensive than thin glass because it is stronger and more durable. In most cases, ¼-inch-thick glass is ideal for mirrors, and ⅛-inch-thick glass is ideal for residential windows. Heavier glass isn’t always necessary, and can be more challenging to hang or install. Work with a local window installation pro for replacement or new construction windows.

Shower doors can shatter on their own in rare cases. Glass shower doors are manufactured to high standards to ensure their durability. If you’d prefer a shower door that’s less likely to break, opt for laminated glass rather than tempered glass. If you have glass shower doors, inspect them regularly. Check that all the hardware is in good shape and the glass has no chips or cracks.

This happens when condensation forms due to your room temperature being lower than its dew point. You can clean the glass with a combination of baking soda, vinegar, and warm water to wipe away the fog from the doors.

White vinegar, water, and baking soda create a natural cleaning solution that is highly effective against brown stains on the oven door. Mix one cup of baking soda, one-fourth cup of water, and one teaspoon of vinegar into a paste. Spread it evenly onto the oven glass and let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes. Then, scrape the mixture off with a plastic spatula. Wipe the glass with white vinegar to remove any remaining baking soda.

You should always pack glasses standing up. It will eliminate the pressure that comes with weight when delicate items are stacked on top of each other horizontally. Don’t forget to wrap each glass individually with bubble wrap, and don’t add anything on top except for additional padding. Always mark these boxes as fragile.
