"Turnaround was very quick. He did a free quote and installed a new water boiler within two days. He was able to answer technical questions and explain exactly what was wrong in terms I could verify. He also broke down the invoices so I make pay with multiple credit cards. He places a sticker on the boiler with his contact info incase there is ever an issue with the boiler.
