All City Water & Sewer, Corp.

I had a broken sewer line. Hired All City Water and Sewer. Val came and explained the work entailed for a line repair and to install a new sewer line. No hard-sell to replace the whole line (unlike other sewer co.s). He gave me a price quote for both the repair and the replacement. I found Val to be knowledgeable & relaxed, and felt confident in All City's ability to do a good job. There were problems with my sewer over the years so I decided to replace it. All City crew showed up as scheduled, were pleasant & polite, kept me informed of when the water would be turned off and back on. Very organized. The job was done in a timely fashion, very neatly, and without being intrusive. I couldn't have asked for a better experience All City was a pleasure to work with. On top of that they gave me a great price for the job. I received two other estimates after I hired All City and both were higher. Highly recommend using All City Water and Sewer. They did a great job at a good price.

My house water pressure was very low. I did hire so many licensed plumbers to check out for me the problem.no one find out the problem.lately I hire the all city water company Mr val Raci.as soon he gets my house he find out the problem.and he advised me to change water main and add new tap. I did flow his advice and he professionally solved my problem.mr val Raci is a very professional person and very knowledgeable .also I can say very reasonable price as well. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!! After job and terms were agreed upon, all city water and sewer corp altered the terms of our agreement. and demanded full payment , prior to completing job as promised. when I refused to comply with their demands, Val (Owner, all city water and sewer corp) Threatened, harassed, and cursed mysef my family, with horrendous profanity. . I paid in full (Big Mistake). To this day, job is not complete. I refuse to be threatened , harassed ,cursed and left with an incomplete job with a gaping hole in my properties foundation wall. Hence I am currently in litigation...

I hired All City Water & Sewer to replace the water main pipe running from the street to my house as the pipe in the basement was leaking. I was charged $8,000 for very shabby, sub-standard work. They replaced the pipe but did not dig next to the house to waterproof around the pipe leaving a huge hole around the pipe in the foundation. They stuck a few bricks in the hole they made in the basement wall. When it rained, I was up all night sweeping water into the drain so my basement wouldn't flood. When I called Val, he said he was busy and would try to come on Monday. He didn't show up. I called Val on Tuesday and asked him to come on Wednesday morning before it rained. I was told he would try to come but he never showed up. I was up again all night sweeping water when it rained on Wednesday. I called Val on Thursday and was told he was very busy but he would try to come on Friday. At that point I gave up and called someone else who did a beautiful job fixing the catastrophe All City Water & Sewer left.

Repair Water Main - They did the work in 24 hours. It was literally the best experience I've ever had! I was blown away by their expertise and professionalism. Their work was amazing!

I hired All City Water & Sewer company on New Years Day with an emergency here at my home. They immediately put together a team of professional men that were able to locate the collapsed sewer line at my home. They immediately fixed the problem on same day to have my water up and running. This company I would highly recommend to anyone with any plumbing issues. They are fast at responding and getting the job done on time no matter what day or time it is. I gave the Deposit to Valmir Rraci on 10/10/23 and by and by 11/14/23 they got all the permits; and the job was fully completed on 11/20/23. SUPER FAST. Valmir will respond to all your questions on time. He is truly a professional and someone you can trust the job will be done in a timely manner. Crew is super clean. Yes no worries """Everything will be back to it's original conditions, previous to the excavating. SUPER CLEAN. I am super happy I found them, and now Valmir will be my official plumber. If I could give him 10 stars i would.

First of all they were very affordable, on time, finished the job hours before the time estimated, the workers were polite and made sure i was satisfied before they left. Very pleased with the service and would recommend All City Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.

It was a scary process but they walked me through and guaranteed me that they will complete the job and I would be happy with it and at this point I definitely am!
