"Alfonso was great. He came to my house and did exactly what I asked him to. There was a pipe to cut which was rusted which he did and he replaced it with a rubber boot. He refitted the pipes of my pedestal bathroom sink which was pretty torn up after being snaked so many times due to clogged pipes. He also replaced the sinks faucet which was not easy because we had it for about 20 years so it was difficult to remove.Throughout this process Alfonso was calm and courteous and very professional. He was not cheap but his work was great and he is a very clean worker. The only issue I had was with the other job I had for him which was much larger and potentially involved the cutting of the pipe that was causing the persistent clog in our bathroom to begin with. This was actually the main reason why I contacted him in the first place. After he finished with the above mentioned projects he took a look and troubleshooted the job and gave me one estimate and was going to get back to me the following day with another estimate for another way to save the problem. I never heard from him again. I called, texted and practically begged him to let me know when he could return to take another look at the situation and to give me an estimate for the "other" possibility of solving the clogged pipe and he never once got back to me. to this day I have no reason why and it is a bit frustrating not to at least been given a response especially after paying good money for the first job. Just seems unusual but as far as the work he did, I have no complaints."

Anthony responded immediately, said he'd be over in an hour to an hour and a half (which he was) and he and his assistant Eric promptly and expertly replaced all the pipes after consulting with us to describe the problem (the other pipes had also deteriorated over the years and were ready to sprout leaks as well, something I had also noticed when examining the first leaky pipe). Finding an honest plumber is rare - finding one who's skilled, courteous and cost-effective is nearly impossible; but Anthony is all of these things. "When I called the office I spoke to Nancy and I told her I found them on Angie's list. I told her my problem and she said that she will get someone and call me back. She called back right away tell me that Jay will be here in fifteen minutes. Jay showed up right away and whet through the problem. He informed me that it will cost $125.00 either way if I hired him or not, I told him Nancy went over everything with me. He checked the dishwasher to make sure it was the problem.which it was not. He had to cut the wall open to fine that the metal pipe had holes in it, which he showed me. We went over a price to fix it and I felt it was reasonably. He worked for four hours fixing the pipe, he showed me everything he was doing. He cleaned up after he was finished and took all trash with him. Jay as well as Nancy was very professional and informed me about everything before starting. I will use them agai.n."
