"It cost me $450+tax to clear the drain, which took less than half hour. I admit it was my ignorance that I did not ask specifically how much would be involved. I assumed they would charge more or less what the other pros told me. Mistake! They could have told me though. The technician was good and courteous, and he fixed my problem."

"I had a bad cesspool backup into my home last night. I was told by a friend to call dynamic drainage and they did not disappoint! Tj was at my house within the hour of me calling. He was extremely professional & knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue immediately & gave me a very reasonable price to snake out the pipe. I am extremely satisfied with this service & I highly recommend this company to anybody out there who has cesspool/plumbing issues!"

"Alex and his team did a great job at unclogging my bathtub. For a long time water was not draining properly. While they were at it they also discovered a leaking pipe and fixed it as well. They are expert professionals who I truly recommend. I will keep their contact for the future."

"Getting our toilet replaced with them went well, so did replacing our valves in the bathroom & basement, and the split costs for each were reasonable & doable to a satisfactory tee. I'd bring these guys back to help out with a clog in our bathroom sink drain."

French Drains questions, answered by experts

A small amount of diluted bleach is okay to pour down a garbage disposal. As part of your weekly garbage disposal maintenance, use 1 teaspoon of bleach with your concoction of ice cubes and lemon peels. Turn on the disposal and run the water until the blades chop up the ice cubes.

Any more bleach in your disposal can harden oils and greases in your drain, which can cause problems. Always wear gloves when working with bleach, and know that you really don’t need bleach at all—vinegar, baking soda, salt, and ice should do the trick.

Boiling water helps unclog a drain, but usually only with a harder abrasive such as baking soda or vinegar. On its own, it isn’t the most effective tool. In addition, you shouldn’t use boiling water if you have PVC pipes, as it can soften or melt them. Use a plunger or enlist the help of a pro if you have plastic pipes.

Professionals use snakes, hydrojetting, or chemical cleaners to clear blockages effectively without damaging pipes.

You should flush your AC drain line once every three months to keep it clear of debris and buildup. Keeping your AC drain line clean prevents clogs, backups, mold growth, and extra wear on your AC unit. If you live in a humid area or have several furry pets, up your cleaning schedule to once a month.

No, you should not see water in a sewer cleanout. If you do, it could indicate that you have a block or leak in your main sewer line—which can cause sewage to back up inside your home and potentially flood your yard. Your best bet is to call a local sewer cleaner if you notice any water or sewage around your cleanout.
