When I met John, he gave me the confidence that he knew exactly what we were looking for. Not only he knew all the technologies we asked for such as ozone system, salt, automation and lighting, but he also knew the town codes. He advised exactly when to apply and how to plan the installation of the new pool. When I had some concerns, he showed up to address them properly. During the installation they met every date I asked them to perform. They even did extra things that were not on the contract and paid attention to details that I was not aware of.
