The crew did a great job keeping the house as clean as possible while the work was ongoing, not an easy task, but once the work was done they came in and did a MAJOR clean up. "Rob, was a true professional in conveying his steps to what he was going to do. He and the assistant were very polite, professional and kept the work area clean and damage free. I gave the job 4 stars because, I would have hoped that all the vents were sealed off except the one actively being cleaned. The negative air flow would have been better if only one register at a time was opened resulting in maximum air flow back to the vacuum system. One aspect of the job I hadn't noticed was the vacuum hose connected to the access hole in the plenum was sealed with tape. Rob explained that this is what they do when a family member who was considering using Rob asked how the vacuum connects to the plenum (trunk). All mentioned above was my only slight misgiving about this job. I would however use Rob again."
