Rapid response has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are honest and professional and quick. We hired them to do a survey at a home we were buying which they informed us the property would need a new cesspool and was at the risk of collapse. We were out of the deal at that point and when it came time to purchase our actual home we hired them again. They surveyed it and found a few issues that they helped us take care of. After thinking about it with my wife we decided to replace the whole cesspool and start fresh which would have been expensive . When i spoke with Joe from rapid response he advised me that the whole thing did not need to be replaced and we just needed a new main line. It would have been really easy for him to just take my money and do the big job but he didn't and was honest about the work it actually needed. They came back the day after that phone call replaced the line and were wrapped up in a few hours. Highly recommend their service.
