He measured the rate of air exchange before and after, and it was reduced from more than 10 times an hour to 5.6 times, a significant reduction that will result in future energy savings. Weâ re just sorry we didnâ t do this sooner. Zavza Sealâ s pricing was competitive with that of two others. Austin also identified and measured another source of wasted energy that we may address in the future."

"They proved to be the best of the best. Very professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and hard working. We loved them, are very impressed with them and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Exceptional work. The job entailed replacing the bathroom vanity. While some others from this list either quoted a price for the work over the phone without even seeing the job, only one other contractor came and provided a quote. However Elite Piping was significantly different, as they pointed out that due to age, there may be problems with the pipes leading to the sink and the job could be move complicated, which it turned out to be. We told them we had picked out a vanity, but upon removal of the old unit, they told us that the one we chose would not be practical and suggested anther style.. They even took us to the supplier, picked up and delivered the new vanity and necessary accessories. No one has ever done that. They finished the job same day. By what they did , the ended up saving us a lot of money."

I have stone pavers and they were very careful in cutting them and digging Deep enough to establish a good anchor. They even installed railings for my back stoop. I would highly recommend them! "Sal and his crew were great. I had ripped up my deck and wanted to add to my existing patio. Also had my small built in island grill expanded to a larger L shape bar and it came out great. Had a nice overhang attached to the house installed on space that was being wasted. Him and his crew were prompt, neat, friendly and worked their butts off. Very happy, just an all around nice, hard working crew that was very responsive to all my needs."

"Im am so happy with the work that was done on my house. Tyler came and gave a very fair estimate on lifting my concrete side entrance stairs to my basement.
