Once we agreed on hiring him, he and his team were able to start within the same week. We had an excellent experience throughout the process and he was able to quickly and fairly address any changes to the original plans. The guys were always right on time, incredibly efficient, and left the work area very clean every day after they were done. We have spent more time the last two weeks on our back patio than we have on our deck in any given year. He gave us an estimate on a Tuesday, we hired him the following Monday, they started on Saturday, and finished on Wednesday. I wish I had more work for them to do, and would certainly recommend Alex Masonry."

"The servicemen arrived as scheduled.  Both workers were very pleasant. They removed the old window without any problem. The installation took a few hours (~2-3) - as explained to me over the phone and expected. They were very neat about the fireproofing and sealing of the window. We won't be able to test this until the Winter months, but we can wait. :) They even tried to assist me in re-installing the home security device. Overall, a very good experience.
