We have spent more time the last two weeks on our back patio than we have on our deck in any given year. He gave us an estimate on a Tuesday, we hired him the following Monday, they started on Saturday, and finished on Wednesday. "The servicemen arrived as scheduled.  Both workers were very pleasant. They removed the old window without any problem. The installation took a few hours (~2-3) - as explained to me over the phone and expected. They were very neat about the fireproofing and sealing of the window. We won't be able to test this until the Winter months, but we can wait. :) They even tried to assist me in re-installing the home security device. Overall, a very good experience. The window looks great and appears to be able to withstand the harsh weather conditions of the Northeast."
