The pricing was fair and competitive. The administrative staff was polite and prompt on responding to invoicing and scheduling questions. I appreciate the installers for making attempts to inform me that they were running late due to traffic. The installers were friendly and professional in getting the job done. I also think that it demonstrated good customer service and quality control in having the operations manager visit the site to ensure that the installers were performing the job properly. The overall experience was positive and commendable.

"Tom worked directly with my General Contractor to schedule the date of the insulating since we decided to install it when all the old
shingles were off the house and before the new ones went on.  Due to changes in the contractor schedule this date changed several time, but Tom was always very flexible and a pleasure to work with.  The team of 3 men (including Tom) arrived promptly on the morning of the installation.   They were very capable and professional, but also enjoyable to have working around the property while they were here.  The project took less than 2 days and went very well.  We went with the blown in cellulose material and my home is noticeably warmer as expected, but it is also so much quieter.  We live on a fairly busy road and this was a very nice surprise. I have noticed that my heating comes on much less often and house stays warm now.   Since the home was built in 1949 there was very little if any insulation in the walls, this improvement has made a significant difference in the comfort level of our home and we are very
happy that we had it done.
