I purchased additional blocks so that they could complete the border on one side but the other side is borderless. The job was supposed to have the walkway look the same once completed. Also, the material used in between the blocks has come out and popped up in places. I texted a couple of times to have it fixed but to no avail"

"I have had them work a number of jobs for me. They initially sealed the basement, put in a sump pump, and put in a dehumidifier. That work was awesome. Then, I had them put in mold-resistant flooring. We actually ended up having them take it out, because they had problems with quality control on that particular item. We finally didn't use them for the work. Their professionalism about that was awesome. They were absolutely great to deal with. They were terrific about being honest about the quality of the product. They gave us the option of taking it out with a refund. They took out absolutely everything, left no debris, and left the place immaculate. They have a whole line of products to make your basement a waterproof space. The reality is that they were great about it."
