"After having my existing floors refinished very poorly by another company, I knew I would not be using them to sand and stain brand new unfinished hardwood that I had installed in the rest of my house. I had called Sal based on a recommendation from a contractor. He came to my house the same day and gave me a very reasonable estimate shortly after he left. He was very responsive and easily reachable for any questions I had before and during the work. His crew was neat, effective and did a beautiful job on my new floors. My only regret is not calling Sal sooner and hiring him for the first job. I would highly recommend him and his company and I plan on using them to redo the terrible job that was done on my other floors."

"Victor and crew arrived promptly and worked steadily. He was very responsive to what we required to be done and executed it well. I was surprised at how well the tile work was able to be replaced after needing to be broken. Showers and tub worked perfectly. They worked cleanly and left no mess behind besides the inevitable dust on the walls that had to remain for a couple of days until all tiles could set. The job that we thought would take 2 days took 1 day.  When we discovered a day later that one of the sinks had a slow leak, Victor returned and spent considerable time trying to fix it and discovered part was defective and he installed a new one.
It is now 5 months later and all work done works perfectly. We only wondered why we waited so long to simply get the work done.

"Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"

"I had the pleasure of working with Patrick and his associates for a three week period earlier this year. They did structural changes and renovations in my one bedroom apartment to make it ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible.
